This workshop has been developed as a result of my experiences in working with people using Natural Energy Healing. I became aware, very early on in my healing career, that many people inhibit their ability to help in the healing process through their approach to illness.

Channelling healing is a very practical activity, despite the very significant spiritual elements, and this is how I feel people should approach their own efforts to heal themselves. Everyone has the power within them to heal themselves - they just need to understand how to access it.

During the workshop we explore how we develop and cope with illnesses and how we can help to prevent ill health and maintain our good health. We explore how we can use strategies in our everyday lives to help us achieve these goals, using exercises, visualisations and discussion.

The price of the workshop includes a small booklet for each participant at the end of the workshop so that they can refer to this later to remind them of what the main points we have covered.

(At any workshop I offer, all participants must agree at the start that anything that is said and any events that take place during the workshop will be confidential between the participants.)
