22 and 23 January 2015: Two Elderwoman
What is an Elderwoman?
It is who we can be in the third phase of our lives
- an especially rich time to enjoy who we are, what
we have, and what we are doing. It is what our life
leads to from the start – the point where we learn
to trust our wisdom gained from years of hard-won experience,
feel comfortable with our real selves and have an opportunity
to help ourselves and everyone else in whichever way
enables us all to enjoy life.
workshop is for women at different stages: those who
are in the perimenopausal or menopausal stage (with
physical symptoms, or not), who can learn how to use
this time to discover more about themselves and others,
as well as bringing greater balance to their bodies
and their lives. It is also for those who have reached
the postmenopausal stage, to enable them to enhance
the life they already have.
us for an exciting journey of discovery about ourselves
and how we can get more out of life, often by doing
less to achieve more, but always by participating fully
in the potential that this part of our life can offer
us. This is a chance to take some time just for you
– to explore, learn and enhance your life, if
you choose to.
The workshop covers the physical aspects
of the three stages of the menopause as well as the
emotional changes that can occur. It will also help
you to consider your options for the third phase of
your life – postmenopause.
